Professional Land Services (PLS) is a veteran-owned, small business located in the Bay Area with offices in San Bruno and Livermore. Founded in 1986 by Michael S. Mahoney, PLS provides Land Development, Planning, Environmental, Energy Efficiency, Civil Engineering, and Land Surveying services to federal, state, local government, non-profit and private entities.
Our staff has significant experience in the public and private sectors providing a range of services from on-call services contracts to large capital improvement programs. The firm’s clientele includes federal agencies (e.g., USCG, NAVY, USACOE, USPS), cities, local municipalities, and private companies.
