
Acting as the Contractor’s Water Pollution Controls Manager, John was responsible for developing the WPCP, designing interim and final erosion control plans, overseeing the installation of BMP’s, and project reporting for this emergency Caltrans Project. The emergency project consists of removing debris from the existing culvert and cattle crossing structures, installation of a new concrete wing wall, placement of slurry under existing footings and floor in the cattle crossing, and installation of SWPPP construction BMP’s per the interim and final erosion plans. Water used to clean culvert and cattle crossing to be recycled using settling tanks.
