
Acting as the Contractor’s Water Pollution Controls Manager, John was responsible for developing the SWPPP, designing interim and final erosion control plans, overseeing the installation of BMP’s, and project reporting for this Project. The project consisted of adding berms and gravel cover to the lakebed, which will increase dust mitigation efficiency. The site consisted of approximately 2 square miles (1,280 acres) of new construction including earth moving tasks such as building roads and berms, and gravel coating lakebed surfaces, as well as minimal piping and the addition of a telecom shelter.
